SALT
Salt is an effective de-icing tool down to about 15 degrees ground temperature. We stock over 100 tons of salt to ensure that we have material to apply to your lot when you need it.
SAND
We also keep sand stockpiled for added traction on roads, lots, and driveways. Sanding allows fuel, postal, plow, and emergency vehicles to get to you when they need to and reduces the costs and frustrations of being stuck.
LIQUIDS
DLA or Direct Liquid Application is a tool utilizing specialized sprayers to apply a salt brine mixture to the road surface.

Spraying brine puts 1/3-2/3 less salt on the ground to achieve the same results as straight rock salt. The salt used in our brine is the exact same salt used in our salt spreaders, the difference is when applying it wet, it works better and faster. Brine has gotten a bad reputation for rusting vehicles but we use mixtures with rust inhibitors to prevent accelerated rusting and optimize performance.
We make and store brine at our shop and spray it with GPS controlled sprayers to always apply the right amount for the best results. Our sprayers even have 200' of hose to allow us to de-ice your walkways, steps, and handicap ramps.
